New and Groovy Stuff
Here's some stuff I've been working on here in the Creek House. The electric guitar is Felix the Strat, a Squire Stratocaster I bought in 1988 and had professionally set up some years back. I finally gave up looking at other electric guitars and committed to her. The tattoo was my gift to her. The other flamenco guitar was being thrown out at the Shelter where I work. I restrung her and just gave her this tattoo. Not sure if it's done.
The portrait is of an old friend who has lived by his own code for as long as I've known him and is now facing some tough consequences. This is a small token of thanks for kind and knowing words he once wrote about my work.
The other two are a diptych that took me a thousand years to get in hand. Glad to see this one done.
